Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Care In Baoding

China's population aging has reached a relatively serious level,which is a great challenge to economic stability and social stability.Since China has entered the aging society,showing the characteristics of the large elderly population,fast growth,fast aging process,coupled with the structure superimposed on China is not rich conditions and small families before getting together,the pension problem is very serious.The aging society will cause heavier burden of family support,hinder economic development and impact the existing social security system and so on.With the development of economy and the change of family structure,the old family oriented way of providing for the aged has gradually been difficult to meet the actual situation and the needs of the elderly in our country.Based on this,the community endowment service began to rise,compared with the traditional way of pension,community pension can be more to meet the psychological needs of older persons,to alleviate the economic burden of family pension,make up for the lack of effective family support and social support,more conform to the trend of the times.The development of community care for the elderly is the need of society,the psychological needs of the elderly,but also the needs of the family economy.But in China,the community pension is still in the new stage.Taking Baoding city as an example,summarizes the community endowment in the elderly community care satisfaction low,no positive status of only child pension "burden and the elderly to participate in community activities,and summed up the current problems of community endowment weak infrastructure,lack of professional and community resources lack,and through the summary advanced countries and regions,the community endowment service practice and experience,obtained for China's development of community endowment service enlightenment.At the end of this paper,we put forward some suggestions to reform and perfect China's community pension service,such as increasing the funds tilt and policy services of the community pension,encouraging various resources to enter the community pension and actively developing the old age industry.
