Correlation Analysis And Thinking Of The Protection Of Peasants' Rights And Interests In China

Rights and interests are core factors embedded in the social development of human beings and also the root causes of pluralistic social contradictions. Meanwhile, as the key to resolve the present three-agricultural issues, peasants' rights and interests bear the appeal for their own benefits. The protection of peasants' rights and interests matters to peasants' income growth and the general situation of rural grassroots stability, concerns the integration governance and fusion of urban and rural areas and more relates to the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese economy, social justice promotion and national long-term stability. The protection of peasants' rights and interests in China has experienced from the period of land reform to the modern game development process around three subjects, i.e. the central government, local authorities and peasants, since the founding of new China. In various historical game stages, the transformation of rights and interests between three subjects presents the complexity that peasants' rights and interests can not be protected, especially after the reform and opening up, multiple population development and overlapping factors of peasants' rights and interests have brought realistic predicaments to the protection of peasants' rights and interests. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze emphatically the historical connection, group correlation and source correlation of failures in the protection of peasants' rights and interests after the reform and opening up. It tries to reveal the essence of right and interest conflicts, construct the solution model of rights and interests, put forward the thinking on the solutions to issues of rights and interests and obtain solution framework for contradictions of rights and interests. Based on this framework, this paper will explore the way to solve the issues about the protection of peasants'rights and interests in China.Research has found that the protection issue of peasants'rights and interests has been differentiated into the protection of rights and interests of migrant workers and the protection of rights and interests of rural left-behind groups from the original single protection of peasants 'rights and interests after the reform and opening up. After the differentiation, peasant groups have further caused urban and rural dual social structure and the division of rights and interests in the economic structure. Behind this phenomenon, political factors have become the main driving forces. The key to solve the issues that rights and interests of peasants can not be protected effectively and urban and rural dual social structural division of rights and interests should rely on policy means. Based on this, a solution model of rights and interests can be constructed. That is to say, the differentiation of single group rights and interests caused by political factors should finally be resolved by policy means. On the basis of the solution model of rights and interests, this paper puts forward correlation thinking about the solutions of rights and interests and makes the solutions of rights and interests isomorphic to solutions of other groups'rights and interests and those of rights and interests between departments.Based on the above analysis, starting from policies and regarding protections of humans, properties and organizations as the analysis paths to the protection of rights and interests, this research attempts to put forward a scientific exploration path to the protection of contemporary peasants' rights and interests and eventually make the protection of peasants' rights and interests able to gain continuous supply of policies in the future different social, economic and political environments.
