With the rapid advancement of new urbanization in China,people's family structure and lifestyle have been seriously affected.Under the circumstance of insufficient social support,some of the psychology is at a loss,and the people whose hearts are untrusted rely on drug to achieve psychological satisfaction.According to the data,there are 2.553 million drug addicts in China,and the number of drug addicts is increasing year by year.In order to maintain social stability and protect the lives and property of the people,the Chinese government has intensified its efforts to crack down on drug-related and criminal activities,actively promote community drug rehabilitation and community rehabilitation projects,introduce anti-drug social workers,and provide psychological counseling,correction of deviant behavior for drug users in community and service such as family integration,helping drug addicts to quit their drug addiction.In order to help the community drug addicts more effectively,and to explore the practical mode of narrative treatment intervention community drug abusers,the author takes a drug addict from the L community in Baiyun District of Guangzhou as the research object,and conducts in-depth research through the observation method and the unstructured interview method.Under the guidance of the theory of narrative therapy,this paper establishes a case relationship with community drug addicts,encourages them to tell their stories about their lives,and under the guidance of workers,effectively realizes the externalization of their drug addiction problems,find an exception in the life story,improve their relationship with their families,enhance their confidence in drug rehabilitation,and ultimately encourage community drug addicts to quit drug addiction and maintain ethics.The research in this paper found that,firstly,community drug abusers who have experienced many times of hardship are more sensitive,have lower trust in others,and lack confidence in drug rehabilitation.During community detoxification,they will be rejected by family members and community residents,and these exclusions further weaken their confidence in their drug rehabilitation.Second,family acceptance of community drug abusers is an effective way to enhance the confidence of drug addicts in drug rehabilitation.Therefore,in the process of case intervention,it is necessary to actively create conditions for drug addicts to seek family acceptance.Thirdly,using narrative therapy mode and intervening in four stages,such as telling stories,externalizing problems,seeking exceptions and rewriting stories,can effectively promote drug addicts to re-view the relationship between themselves and problems,separate people from problems,objectify problems,construct positive self-identity,and enhance confidence in drug addiction,so as to maintain ethics and eliminate drug addiction.Fourth,in the process of intervention in narrative treatment,social workers should play the multiple roles of social workers and provide various support for drug rehabilitation personnel to restore confidence.The research findings in this paper will further deepen the public's understanding of community drug abusers and enhance their acceptance of community drug abusers.At the same time,the findings of this study also provide useful reference for practitioners in the field of narrative therapy.
