Based on the actual situation of the migrant communities in the urban fringe,this article chose six districts of Nanning,Guangxi as the object to study migrants' participation willingness and influencing factors on community governance with the method of questionnaire and statistic analysis.First of all,the author built the research model and designed the questionnaire based on the literature review and interview.Second of all,the author carried on quantitative analysis through mathematical statistics methods such as descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis to study 420 effective questionnaires.The analysis results are as follows:(1)migrants with different occupations,income and living duration have diverse participation willingness toward community governance;(2)participation population and community environment have influenced on the willingness toward community governance;(3)in the fringe community,the migrants' and local people's cognition toward neighborhood committee differs distinctly.To solve the foregoing problems,some policy suggestions are given as follows:(1)reinforce the cultivation of civism and enhance the population quality of migrants;(2)provide enriched cultural and athletic activities and encourage the participation of migrants;(3)reinforce the public infrastructure construction and improve the fringe community environment;(4)strengthen humanistic care and promote the migrant integrates with the community;(5)improve the community administration system and open up all participating channels;(6)improve the service quality of neighborhood committee to promote the migrant integrates with the community.
