The Study On The Residents Self-governance Behavior Of Xinzhu Community In Nanning

In recent years,the studies on the urban community residents Self-governance in China have been carried out in fully sswing,and relevant laws and policies have been improved also.As the capital of autonomous region,Nanning has made achievements in community residents Self-governance,but the studies on the Self-governance behavior of its urban community residents haven't been explored.Therefore,this study adopts the theory of planned behavior to study the residents Self-governance behavior of Xinzhu community in Nanning,Guangxi,in order to explain the residents Self-governance behavior of Xinzhu community,and get more attention from people.After clarifying the relevant concepts and using the existing research literature on the theory of planned behavior,this study builds a theoretical model of the residents Self-governance behavior of Xinzhu community in Nanning,and puts forward the hypothesis of the influence of several elements of the residents Self-governance behavior of Xinzhu community.Through the scientific and targeted questionnaire design and implementation,I obtained the first hand data.Furtherly I describe and analysis the data,verify the hypotheses one by one,and come to the conclusion about the present situation and the influencing factors of the residents Self-governance behavior of Xinzhu community in Nanning.Finally,the countermeasures to consolidate and improve the residents Self-governance behavior of Xinzhu community in Nanning are proposed.I hope that this study can provide an empirical case for the study on the Self-governance behavior of urban community residents in Nanning.Meanwhile it will also provide a reference for the Party committee and government of Nanning to make and implement policy accurately when they want to guide the Self-governance behavior of urban community residents in Nanning.
