The Operation Problems And Countermeasures Of The Community Governance Mode Of "Three Social Interaction"

Government,residents' committees,social organizations,social work for community governance in the main body,two-way interaction between each other can be efficient and smooth is the key to the model of “three social interaction”.This paper attempts to subject to community governance as the breakthrough point,first and to below two process to analyze “social interaction” mode in Nanning City one-way degree,the elements of the role is not clear,government purchase service and actual demand of community existence deviation,social organization nuclear mental read by the government guidance,social work services are “quantity” to “quality” of the problem.Then it proposes that “social interaction"”should take advantage of the management of the main body,determines the boundaries of responsibilities;to form a flexible mechanism of interaction,avoid administrative process and formalized;social institutions should clear their own idea of core services,achieve “quality”and “quantity”.
