An Analysis Of The Causes Of The Disintegration Of The Soviet Union In The Perspective Of Information Stability

The day,December 25 of 1991 is called "black Friday" by the historian.The Soviet Union,as a significant pole in the history of world civilization,went to the end for its more than sixty years' existence,triggering scholars consider about this over 20 years.Though the Soviet Union has been disintegrated about 26 years,it is still of great practical significance for China to analyzes the Soviet problems and make sense of the past history as China is the fastest growing socialist country that existing in the world.Information stability indicates that information flows appropriately in the whole society in a reasonable structure and corresponding content,both timely and moderately,which is in harmony with entire social information.This article will use the concept of information stability and describing the four dimensions of information stability,with taking the historical events in the evolution of Soviet Union as the object to analysand the deep-seated reasons.In this paper,the Soviet Union's integration has four reasons.Information has been text-distorted,edits fake textbooks to spread distortion and variation text.The control of mind and press,cutting off hostile forces' negative information and twisting information's Structure proportion.Excessive personal worship and imprisonment of mind causes and destroyed the rule of information circulation.The delayed public revolution and feed back and collecting of information that the Soviet Union didn't realized,bungled the timing of permission.Currently,China is in the deep-seated period of the socialist transformation,there exist some hidden social problems and these turn to be complicated and diverse with the infiltration of information and technology.It has a deeper forward-looking and realistic sense to attach to information explosion and scarcity of current situations based on information and value input and output from inside and outside andcomprehension the stability of the information itself.Researching,analyzing and comprehending the reason of The collapse of the Soviet union,and according to the experience from the reason,we find an effective way to cleanse the content of information,optimize structure,keep balance of information flow and select the transmission time.It may play an important role in process of Chinese reform governance.
