Study On The Modern Community Endowment Service System Under The Perspective Of The People’s Livelihood

In modern society, the population aging has become a major trend of socialdevelopment, the elderly pension in growing social contradictions is particularlyprominent. The development of modern population structure gradually sent toaging, but also the way of elderly endowment is changing with socialization anddiversification. The traditional family endowment function is weakening, and theinstitutional pension cannot satisfy the requirement of an aging population insociety. Our community in daily life has obvious advantages with human resources,material resources and regional advantages, the endowment model relying oncommunity increasingly become a feasible way of pension. This article putforward feasible suggestions from the perspective of the community public goodsto improve the old community construction.However, community endowment in China started late, and itsdevelopment is not mature enough, so it is still in the exploratory stage. O nly partsof the cities set up the old-age pension community service system to provide basicdaily care, housekeeping services, medical care and other services. In order to lookfor a better solution to solve the growing pension problems, and improve theservice system of old-age community to really solve the "sense of security"livelihood issues, this paper studies of the supply and demand of modernendowment community service based on people’s livelihood and lay the foundationfor building a modern pension community service system.After reference to the theory of customer satisfaction and publicsatisfaction, establish endowment community service satisfaction model for theelderly pension community service satisfaction research to our country. Based onmodern pension community service satisfaction measurement variables and thenonlinear relationship between latent variables, this paper selected the commonlystructural model using the PLS model for the model test and data analysis. Byrandom questionnaire survey on satisfaction of the model data, taking Tianjin cityas the case, we got the old people’s opinion of pension community services.Results of the study show that the community services satisfaction of the elderly inTianjin is not high, but the public expectation is high. So, the pension communityservice system still needs improvement.After satisfaction study of modern pension community service, the paperstudied the elderly pension requirements, and the requirements contain generalrequirements and the incremental demand. After comparing the needs of the elderly community and satisfaction with aging community services, we determinedto set a goal for building a retirement community service system. In combinationwith our country social endowment service system planning, the paper constructedour country’s modern community endowment service system from the servicefunction, service environment, service support system in three aspects under theperspective of the people’s livelihood. The service system contains life care,medical care, spiritual comfort, cultural entertainment. The environment systemincludes aging service facilities and aging environment. And the service supportsystem includes professional care and perfect property, and it relies on themanpower and material resources in the community to ensure the professionalismand integrity.
