Analysis And Research On The Problem Of Old-age Care For Empty Nesters In Farming And Pastoral Areas

The problem of empty nest elderly is one of the hot spots in the society,which aggravates the burden of society and government.Society and the Government actively seek solutions to protect the lives of older people.Until the end of 2015,16.8%of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region population was aged over 60 years old,including 12.9%%of the age of 82.The Wulagai management Area's the elderly population is 2906 people in 2017,which accounted for the total population of 15.45%.The ageing process has accelerated dramatically,which means that the increase in the cost of social support for the elderly will also pose a serious challenge to the various safeguards systems in our city.With the improvement of economic level,the material and spiritual needs of herdsmen are diversified.The elderly people's life is more and more diversified,and the empty nest elderly gradually increase.Let empty nest elderly to have dignity in his later years has become a concern for people.This paper investigates the situation and problems of empty nest old-age pension in the Inner Mongolia XilinGuole Meng Wulagai area,and understand the actuality and influence of empty nest elderly life quality.Aiming at the main problems existed in empty nest old man in the area of Wulagai,the author put forward the suggestions of accelerating economic development,strengthening community social work and helping old service,guiding the government to urge residents to raise the elderly consciousness and enrich the spiritual life of empty nest elderly family.The article divides into three chapters and eight sections,which tries to carry on the thorough study on the empty nest elderly question.The first chapter introduces the general situation and welfare infrastructure of empty nest elderly in the area of the Wulagai.The second chapter discusses the problem of the empty nest elderly family in the area of the Wulagai and the physical and mental health of the elderly.The third chapter puts forward some suggestions and advices on improving the service industry of the elderly.
