Study On The Innovation Of Tianjin Community Governance

Community is a cell of society and the basic unit of the city.Meanwhile,it is also a basic place for the residents to live.As the construction of an important carrier of "Beautiful Tianjin",promoting the construction of a beautiful community is a useful exploration and practice of Tianjin municipal government on the construction of harmonious community.And it has very important significance to promote the innovation of social governance in the community of Tianjin.In this study,the concept and development of community governance in our country is based on the background of the development process of the domestic and international community concept.It uses theoretical analysis,empirical research,analysis and synthesis method research and analyze innovation in Tianjin urban community governance.Based on the investigation of community construction in Hexi District of Tianjin City,through the induction of the community construction work in Tianjin,according to the main methods in the innovation of community governance from the three aspects which refer to municipal,grassroots communities,community residents and social capital,this study in-depth systemly analyzed which from the higher authorities to organize planning and service practice of grassroots community,community residents and social capital in community governance perspective on the problems existing in the innovation of community governance problems and challenges faced.Seven suggestions are put forward which mainly include how to promote the innovation of urban community governance in Tianjin such as strict implementation of community work burden,strengthen construction of team of community workers,community property management norms,to strengthen the grid management,strengthen the construction of community democratic consultation,promoting the construction of community information,foster the development of community social organizations.In this study,the author adhere to the problem-oriented,focusing on the micro level community governance practices seek to promote effective community governance and innovative initiatives to realize "beautiful Tianjin," the grand goal has been actively explore and research.
