Study On The Labor Union Legal Aid Regional Touring & Cooperation Model

With the comprehensively deepening reform,China's economy steps into the “new normal” phase,China's labor relations will becoming further marketization.Under the background of market economy,China's labor unions is facing the challenges that how to maintain their members legitimate rights and interests,and balance the development of harmonious labor relations.In order to implement the basic strategy for rule of the law,labor union need to perform the maintenance functions of itself,promote to work for the rule of law,strengthen the guide of the members and the rights protect.Therefore,further improve union legal aid system innovation,actively create new model to provide professional efficient to provide convenient legal aid to Tabor Union members is of great significance.So this thesis take labor union legal aid as the main study object,select the labor union legal aid in Binhai new area for example.By analyzing present situation of legal aid of labor unions,summary the work and successful experience of labor union legal aid,proposed to improve the union of legal aid,innovating the mode of labor union legal aid and the importance of restricting the trapped.By combining the new situation of labor relations,point a series of difficulties and challenges that the labor union legal aid is facing,such as the unbalanced regional development,resource allocation imbalance,influence to be expanding,imperfect performance evaluation.To solve these problems by study on books,monographs,periodicals,important documents,related methods of web page,sorting out the theory and concept of labor union to participate in the public service,and study the feature circuit court trial by "circuit" mode and combining with the characteristics of labor union legal aid to introducing the concept of "tour".Meeting the needs of labor union legal aid,introduce the concept of "cooperation".Design and define the labor union "regional touring cooperation" mode of legal aid.Design the pattern of the participants,operation mode,function,evaluation index.Based on the Binhai new area as an example,the model design in this thesis can also be used in other regional labor union legal aid model innovation.
