A Study On The Path Of Healthy Aging In The Background Of Community - Based Old - Age Care

China had entered the aging society in 1999 and the aging population of old people who are over 60 had exceeded 200 million in 2013. Now it is the country with the largest aging population around the world. So the problem of supporting old p e o p l e i s a n i s s u e t h a t a l r e a d y h a d a t t r a c t e d b r o a d s o c i a l c o n c e r n. Especially the ageing issue is growing towards advanced age in a rapid wayand urgen cy of solving ageing issue is increasingly prominent. In recent years, with the change of healthy idea, the human beings pursue to be healthy not only pay attention to prolong life, but also the quality of life can be improved. To research the healthy aging that under the background of the patter of community-based housing support, urban area aim to find a right and scientific way for developing the career of community-based housing support. The paper chooses Xi Babei Community in Kunming City as the study area and by the field survey of old people’s health situations and demand conditions about the community. In addition, the author makes a basic analysis that according to health and demand conditions of 200 old people in the community and comes to the primary conclusion. What’s more, to pay attention to the cross analysis between different populations structures, health conditions and the situation of social participation and conclude the features. According with the community’s practical conditions, look for the reason that the development of community-based housing support is hampered. And then combine with the demand of old people to seek a right way for the development of healthy community-based housing support.
