On The Professionalization Of Trade Union Workers Team Building For Township In Wenzhou City

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of non-public economy,workers demand is diversified,their own trade union reform has led to more functions,as the bottom of the Township Union local labor unions,work increasingly arduous task.Affected by the administrative hierarchy,trade unions,trade unions set opposite Pyramid;lack of "labor law" force,promote the work efficiency is not high;the union attached to the township party committee and government,it is difficult to fully carry out the work of trade unions;the preparation of management more strictly,there is no possibility to increase union establishment.The construction of the team of professional chemical workers has become the only choice to solve the problem of "lack of people".This study conducted an extensive literature review,the new public management theory and contingency theory as the basic theoretical foundation,describes the origin of the township occupation chemical workers,expounds the working practice of township workers occupation chemical Wenzhou City,analyzes the problems of the villages and towns of Wenzhou city occupation chemical workers and team building process the answer,"what is the occupation of township chemical workers","why should the construction of township occupation chemical workers","what is the occupation will hinder the township chemical worker team construction" and "how the construction of township occupation chemical workers" etc..This study suggests that it should be from the following aspects,promote the township occupation chemical worker troop construction: first,breakthrough in the system,and effectively solve the problem of legitimacy;second,to be tilted in funding,to solve the money service problems;third,employing mechanism innovation,introducing talents;fourth,break institutional barriers,open up the rising development channel;fifth,establish an incentive mechanism to stimulate the initiative and work enthusiasm.
