With the constant development of the social background,the life of people more and more open,public awareness has become a modern society citizens must possess basic civic consciousness.Public awareness of maturity and the progress of the society were positively correlated,the relationship between the development of it has promoting effect to the whole social harmony and progress.Migrant workers as the mainstay of the urban social labor and the main body of modern industrial workers,the public awareness of the high and low,directly affect the migrant workers into the city and the organic unity of society.Therefore,actively cultivate the rural migrant workers in public consciousness,the social progress and the organic unity of harmonious social construction is of important theoretical significance and practical significance.The continuation of social organism to advocate,unified and orderly,development goals,and on the coordination between each component in the society as a whole,child elements,and the overall integrity,child elements between the continuous development of content,the goal of just and harmonious society of our country advocates.Migrant workers as an important component in the society,the lack of public awareness is not only conducive to their citizenization of urbanization,more conducive to the coordination and development of the whole society.In interviews on the basis of the combination of migrant workers themselves,from four dimensions of an in-depth analysis about the present situation of rural migrant workers in public consciousness,found that migrant workers exist public norms lack of knowledge,the public environmental awareness is not strong,insufficient public responsibility consciousness,consciousness of public interest gap and other issues.Migrant workers the cause of the lack of public consciousness has its own level,at the same time also has the reason of the external social environment.Workers themselves the cause of the main cultural acceptance ability,low status were lower,including cultural acceptance ability and value idea,cultural quality,the influence of factors such as income level and employment levels.Social environment factors of urban migrant workers emotional exclusion,urban and rural dual system,migrant workers and city source culture differences,etc.Migrant workers,the lack of public awareness on the one hand affect its own social urbanization,on the other hand,is not conducive to improve social solidarity and social stability.For building the organic unity of the harmonious society,we must cultivate rural migrant workers in public consciousness.Therefore,in view of the situation of rural migrant workers in public consciousness absence,respectively from the system guarantee,education training,practice three sides facing migrant workers public awareness cultivation are proposed.On the system,reform the urban and rural dual system,providing guarantee system for rural migrant workers in the public consciousness of ascension;In education,should strengthen quality education,migrant workers extension of migrant workers public consciousness cultivation path;On the social participation,build a multiple participation system,promote rural migrant workers in practice to participate in public literacy.
