Research On The Policy Design Of Intelligent Pension Service In Shijiazhuang City

With the rapid development of society,the aging of the population has gradually become a severe test of Chinese society.The elderly population continues to increase,the development of pension services in many problems have become increasingly prominent,proved that the development of intelligent pension service is one of the most effective way to solve the problem.At present,the intelligent endowment service in Shijiazhuang City still remain in the exploratory stage,its healthy development can not be separated from the policy guidance and protection.It is imperative to explore the policy requirements of the relevant stakeholders in the development of the intelligent old-age service in Shijiazhuang,and the existing problems of the intelligent old-age service policy,and the policy demand as the starting point and the destination point.Based on the theory of demand hierarchy,multi-welfare theory and customer-oriented theory,this paper explores the main ideas of constructing the intelligent old-age service policy system in Shijiazhuang from the demand point of view.In the process of writing,the paper uses the questionnaire survey to understand the demand for intelligent old-age service in the population aged 50 years and above in Shijiazhuang City,and then analyzes the policy demand.The interview method is used to interview the star-holding company,Hebei special care hospital and other related enterprises To understand the current situation in the development of Shijiazhuang City,the development of the problems encountered and their policy needs;by combing from the state to Shijiazhuang City and intelligent pension services related to the policy literature and the relevant departments of the policy status quo Interviews,summed up the existing ecological services in Shijiazhuang City,the current policy problems.Finally,based on the policy demand perspective,combined with the existing problems of intelligent old-age service policy and the specific situation of Shijiazhuang City,this paper puts forward the basic framework of Shijiazhuang intelligent old-age service policy system construction.Shijiazhuang City,intelligent pension service policy system framework includes: financial services policy,personnel training policies,financial support policies,technological innovation policies,publicity policies,incentive policies and regulatory policies.
