Research On Influencing Factors Of Selection Intention Of Bicycle-Sharing Program

With the development of industrialization and urbanization,greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution have become an important factor restricting China’s economic development.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards in China,the number of motor vehicles is increasing day by day.In the face of severe environmental problems,effective solution becomes a top priority.In recent years,with the deepening of the concept of low-carbon travel,green travel has become an important way to reduce the environmental pollution,the bicycle travel most environmental protection,but also conducive to good health,ease the traffic pressure in the city,it in one fell swoop.The promotion and use of public bicycle is an important means to promote the development of urban bicycle traffic.In this study,the factors influencing the choice intention of public bicycle as the research object,the theory of planned behavior and perceived risk theory as the research foundation,to the subjective and objective two aspects of comprehensive selection intention,trying to make the research results more scientific.Study on the theory of planned behavior of the three factors and perceived risk theory as the theoretical basis for building model,combined with the individual characteristics of the factors put forward the hypothesis,through a questionnaire survey to collect data and analyze the data in order to verify the proposed hypotheses,based on hypothesis test results to get the corresponding conclusion and suggestion.According to the theoretical model of the proposed five hypotheses:(1)consumer attitudes towards public bicycle has significant influence on the choice intention;(2)the subjective norm has a significant impact on consumer choice intention;(3)perceived behavior control to choose to have a significant effect;(4)consumers the perceived risk of public bicycle has significant influence on the choice of intention;(5)choice of consumer personality traits of different public bicycles have significant difference.Through behavioral attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control,perceived risk and personality traits affect the selection of intention,draw the following conclusions:(1)behavioral attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control and intention had a positive correlation.The risk perception and choice intention has negative correlation;(2)Through regression analysis,it is concluded that the influence of subjective norm is the most important factor which influences the choice intention,the second is behavioral attitude and perceived behavior control and the third is perceived risk;(3)the intention of different personality characteristics of the public bicycle has some differences.Based on the conclusions of this study,we should take measures from two aspects of government and enterprises to influence the consumers’ choice intention.From the government level:(1)to strengthen the propaganda of public bicycle,promote green travel;(2)to improve the level of traffic planning,to create a good travel environment;(3)to strengthen the public bicycle management planning,increase the number of rental.These aspects from the behavioral attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control to provide some countermeasures and suggestions.From the enterprise level:(1)improve the quality of public bicycle body;(2)increase the number of public bicycle supply;(3)to enhance the safety of public bicycles.In this paper,some suggestions are put forward to improve the consumers’ choice of public bicycle.Finally,I hope that through the research conclusions and suggestions of this study,we can provide feasible reference for relevant departments.
