This paper is based on Shenyang Cable Factory in 50 s and 60 s,mainly discussing workers' action strategies dependent on mandatory power,and analyzing the influence from unit management on worker behaviors.Qualitative research methods are used in this paper.Relevant strategies,meeting records and red-headed documents on Shenyang Cable Factory and the development of the heavy industry in Shenyang have been collected as important materials for understanding the social background.Interview information on senior workers living at that time has been collected.Information on history of the factory has also been combined to finish the research of the formation of the internal power of Shenyang Cable Factory.The question of power is still the focus of current research in today's unit organizations.After many reforms,state-owned enterprise organizations are still the focus of discussion on decentralization and power supervision.China's state-owned enterprise system has its own characteristics and the complex relationships in the unit.The network is not simply based on the research of bureaucratic organizations.It can be explained by combining the analysis of the unit's action system with the construction of the organization's environment,and fundamentally providing new ideas for the analysis of state-owned power supervision and employee motivation.Using Croceier's theory of action system,the thesis explains the prerequisite of workers gaining power used to control superiors and the basic mode of action between the superior and the subordinates.It also analyzes the operation of grassroots power structures and explores conditions under which such powers are maintained.The author regards the operation of power within the unit as a complete system.Workers and class leaders use the “controllable factors” formed by the establishment of the production plan in the factory and the barrier between levels,and gain the ability to control the power of superiors.
