In recent years,there were many discourses on inter-subjective ideological and political education and the discourse right of ideological and political education,and many scholars have carried out a multi-angle,wide-ranging and all-round research and discussion.It can be said that the research on these two propositions is becoming more mature.However,in the perspective of intersubjectivity,it is few to explore the discourse of the discourse of ideological and political education,and this has become a key issues to need to address in the urgent in teaching of contemporary ideological and political theory.This paper attempts to study the effective control of the discourse power of ideological and political education in the perspective of intersubjectivity and explore the scientific construction of the discourse system of ideological and political education.This article is divided into five parts: The first part mainly elaborated the research background,the research purpose and the significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation,simultaneously introduced this article research content and the method.The second part mainly explains the concept of "inter-subjectivity","discourse right" and "discourse right of ideological and political education",and introduces the inter-subjective philosophical thought and the features and functions of the discourse power of ideological and political education.The third part elaborates the influence of intersubjectivity thought on the discourse power of ideological and political education.The opportunity part includes interactive subjectivity to create caring two-way interaction,interactive subjectivity to create democratic harmonious discourse,interactive subjectivity to create fusion practice teaching;The challenge part includes the innovation of the ideological and political education idea under the intersubjectivity view,the transformation of the ideological and political education method under the intersubjectivity visual field and the change of the ideological and political education content under the intersubjectivity perspective. The fourth part analyzes the problem of inter-subjectivity of the discourse right of contemporary ideological and political education: the difference of discourse causes the communication and timeliness of ideological and political education to weaken,the hegemony of discourse leads to the imbalance of discourse power between educators and educateds,traditional subjectivity thinking hinders the interactive teaching reform of ideological and political education.The fifth part elaborates the new paradigm of constructing inter-subjective ideological and political education discourse right: eliminate the discourse differences and realize the interactive subjective discourse;decentralize the discourse,and construct the humanized interactive communication platform;reform the educational philosophy and build the good environment of education and teaching;highlight the role of charm and chang institutional discourse to the individual discourse;cultivate the sense of innovation and build a new era of ideological and political discourse system.
