Eliminate poverty,so as to achieve common prosperity,is the fundamental purpose of socialism and the urgent historical responsibility of the Chinese government.Since the reform and opening up,especially from the mid-80 s of last century,China has carried out large-scale,organized and planned poverty alleviation and development work across the country.Along with the implementation of a series of poverty alleviation policies,such as "National eighty-seven poverty alleviation plan" ?
