Research On The Efficiency Of The Basic Public Service In Town (Street) Of Turpan City

With the development of economy and society,as well as the wave of Chinese reform,justice has become the main direction of reform of our country at the present stage of the government,and the public service is related to whether China can guarantee the implementation of this initiative.This paper takes share development as the starting point,in order to protect all citizens to build a shared social benefits as the foundation,to explore the optimal path of basic public services,to enhance the efficiency of basic public services.This idea is based on the DEA model based on the analysis of a district of Turpan City,under the jurisdiction of the region two County town(street)on the efficiency of basic public services.This is the basic situation of basic public services in town(street)of Turpan City,based on the DEA model,the more degree of correlation analysis,construct the evaluation system of the efficiency of basic public services in Turpan City,under the jurisdiction of Turpan city by setting a district two County town(street)as a decision making unit,analysis efficiency score,DEA effective statistics and input surplus and output deficiency ratio,a district under the jurisdiction of the town of Turpan city of two counties(street)related problems within the region of basic public service efficiency,and puts forward the following suggestions: one is to co-ordinate planning,balanced regional development planning,to promote the balanced development of regional infrastructure construction,to promote the service efficiency;two is to promote the overall optimization of resources configuration;three is to improve the supply environment;four is to improve and perfect the basic public service policy environment;five is the construction of basic public effective Common service evaluation mechanism.In order to promote the coordinated development of the Turpan City area,the implementation of basic public services from the development of "polarization" to "trickle down" stage,Turpan city to the supply of basic public services to provide a scientific basis to achieve optimal efficiency.
