Study On The Legal System Of The Energy Cooperation Between China And Uzbekistan

World economic development needs more energy to ensure economic prosperity.According to the 2016 "BP World Energy Statistics Yearbook" report,for 15 years China is the world's lagest energy increment market.In addition,the international oil market weakness,making energy-rich Uzbekistan countries also need to open up new energy market.In this context,it is necessary to study the legal system of Sino-Uzbekistan's energy cooperation and to promote the economic development and achieve win-win situation of China and Ukraine.The article first introduced the historical basis and background of Sino-Uzbekistan's energy cooperation,the necessity and feasibility of cooperation,and the energy legal system in China and Ukraine.Secondly,it analyzes the legal principles,legal basis,legal methods and characteristics of Sino-Uzbekistan's energy cooperation,the bilateral legal system of bilateral energy cooperation and the status of China-Uzbekistan's participation in regional energy cooperation organizations.Put forward the existing problems in the legal system of energy cooperation between China and Ukraine.Thirdly,it studies the legal system of bilateral,regional and multilateral energy cooperation of international energy,and analyzes its enlightenment to the construction of China's energy cooperation legal system.Finally,from the bilateral,regional,multilateral energy cooperation legal system and the construction of a new international energy cooperation legal system put forward four aspects of the Sino-Vietnamese energy cooperation legal system to improve the proposal.On the basis of the research on the current situation and the insufficiency of the legal system of energy cooperation between China and Ukraine,the article first summarizes the shortcomings of the bilateral legal system of bilateral energy cooperation and puts forward the countermeasures.Second,from the regional energy related aspects of the regional energy cooperation law system put forward the perfect measures.Third,learn from the current international multilateral energy cooperation legal system to improve China and Ukraine energy cooperation legal system.Fourth,from the perspective of creating a new international energy cooperation legal system,it is recommended that China and Ukraine to build energy tariff alliance,energy emergency mechanism and energy and environmental impact assessment mechanism,to promote the Sino-Ukrainian energy cooperation between the legal system more perfect.
