Research On Regularized Construction Of Grass-root Public Security Team In The New Period

The public security organ is an important functional department of the government.The work of public security team is one of the important parts of the administrative work of the state.With the rapid development of Internet and economic society,social stability and public security situation is also undergoing more and more profound changes,the new type of crime based on the Internet,all kinds of problems make the work of the grassroots public security organs are facing new work objectives and specific requirements.It is a very urgent problem in the new period to effectively solve the problems of the current public security organs at the grass-roots level,and further promote the construction of the grass-roots public security team.How to build a high quality,high ability of public security team related to the public security organs can successfully complete the new task of the new era.Combined with the public management theory,public organization theory and other related theories,using field research method and interview method,taking the city public security bureau as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the grass-roots public security team.The research shows that there are some problems in the regularization construction of grass-roots public security team,such as organization,education training,housekeeping,discipline supervision,police guarantee.For the police base standardization construction problems researched on how to advance the basic construction of standardized public security team,this paper put forward "deepening the reform of personnel system,promote the standardization organization;strengthen the ability and quality of construction,to promote education and training normalization;strengthen the scientific and effective management,promote internal management standardization;strengthen discipline style construction,promote the standardization supervision;strengthen the construction of occupation protection mechanism,promote the police protection regularization" 5 integrated measures.It provides the necessary reference for further strengthen the standardization construction of the basic level police team.To strengthen and improve the construction of the police team at the grass-roots level is helpful to maintain and establish a good image of the whole public security team,which is of practical significance to improve the construction of the police tea.
