It's an inevitable trend for the coming of population aging when the social economic develops to a certain stage,which has become a major social problem in most countries.Along with theeconomic booming of China,attentions should be paid to the population aging problem,which not only has a negative effect on the sustainable development of social economy,and increases the economic burden of the society,but also brings huge endowment pressure to the society.Measurements have to be taken in order to handle the austere population aging problem.With the accelerating of urbanization process,the culturally and economically less developed rural areas are faced with more serious population aging problems than the cities.In some degree,aging population problem has brought certain obstacles to the development of rural areas.In China,the key to solving the aging population lies in rural areas,which play a demonstrationeffect on other areas.On the base of analyzing the aging population development process in domestic and overseas,combined the fifth census,the sixth census data and fieldwork situation,LinYing district which located in the central region of Henan Province as chosen as the research object.According to the whole analysis of the aging population problem in LinYing district,it presents that the aging problem in this area is serious and the elderly women population is slightly higher than the man.In the time scale,the number of aging people in LinYing district is increasing by year,in which thenumber of people over 80 s shows the fastest growth;in the view of space,15 rural townships have already stepped into the stage of aging population,and the degree of aging population shows an increasing trend from the center of Chengguan to outside,and there is a strong correlation between aging population development degree and urbanization rate.In order to analysis the relationship between aging degree and urbanization level,this paper chose 500 people over 65 years old as research object in Beixu and Anzhuang community,with the data of 380 questionnaire,it was found that there is an obvious effect of urbanization level on population aging.By analysing the factors of population aging,it was found that socio-economic development status,location are the outer factors,and the proportion of elderly population,the dependent on land of old people,the old level of education,endowment service agencies and he elderly life satisfaction are the inner factors.As for the two communities,the community control measures in Beixu community are more effective than Anzhuang community,so the factors of Beixu community are more representative and exemplarilysignificant for the development of other rural community in Lin Ying district.A grey correlation model was built to take a deep analysis of the factors on the development of aging population in Beixu community and Anzhuang community.By ordering the results,it was found that the top three factors are urbanization rate,annual income and the distance from rural community to the city.In addition,the aging population degree of Anzhuang community is higher than Beixu community.Hereby,some advices were offered.The government should attach importance to the role of urbanization on the development of aging population of rural community,and change the negative and unfavorable factors in urbanization.The government should also offer support,guidance and rural community endowment policy to rural community.According to the local conditions,the rural community should developeconomic industry for the elderly.It is also critical to improve the rural community endowment service agencies and health services to meet the needs of most elderly.Another approach is to encourage and guide social resources to return hometown,participating in pension services.
