Study On The Governance Of Rural Migrant Community In The Context Of New Urbanization

In the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed to deepen reform,promote national governance systems and governance capacity modernization,innovation and social governance system.Community governance as the basis of social governance system in a ring,is the basic project of social governance.With the new urbanization process accelerate,there are more and more rural migrant community.Rural migrant community is in the process of urbanization from countryside to city community transformation of the transitional community.Farmers into the public in the process of water and soil caused against many aspects,the problem has become increasingly prominent.The difficulty of community governance and complexity increase further,which determines the farmers in the community governance can not simply copy the existing city or rural community governance mode shall be applied.This article from the rural migrant community definition,investigation and analysis of Rizhao City G community,found that rural migrant community governance problems in the process,to summarize the analysis of the reasons.According to the ranking of practical problems in community governance,put forward countermeasures to improve rural migrant community in order to increase governance.Some beneficial exploration for China's grass-roots social management innovation.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,expounds the background and significance of the research,the related research at home and abroad are summarized and evaluated.This paper introduces the research content,research methods and theoretical basis,points out the innovation and shortcomings.The second part is the new urbanization under the background of farmers in the content and significance of community governance.Firstly it defines concepts related to this article,including the "community","rural migrant community","urbanization","new urbanization".And then analyzes the new urbanization under the background of agricultural extension in the community governance and its characteristics,as well as new urbanization under the background of farmers in the importance of community governance.The third part is the selection of Rizhao City G community as the rural migrant community governance case analysis,introduced the basic situation and management situation of Rizhao City G community,through questionnaires and field interviews,understand the G community governance of residents' satisfaction and participation,analyzed and summed up the G community governance process has been gaining experience,through the questionnaire and interview data,find the problems and analyse the reason.The fourth part is for the farmers in the actual problems in community governance,improve the ability of democratic autonomy from rural migrant community of each governance subject,improve farmers in the residents to participate in community affairs management mechanism;strengthen the legal,financial,personnel,security forces and other aspects of residents' income,improve our country rural migrant community governance countermeasure analysis.The last part is the conclusion,which combs and summarizes the research of this paper,and draws the conclusions of relevant research.
