The Yi Nationality Traditional Legal Culture Of Sichuan Yi Neighborhood Effects And Counter Measures Research Of Community Correction

With the development of community correction in Inner Mongolia,Guangxi,Hainan,Sichuan and other minority provinces,the influence of ethnic traditional culture on community correction is becoming increasingly prominent.In particular,the traditional legal culture of ethnic minorities has an important impact on the implementation of community corrections.Sichuan is the largest Yi community,the Yi nationality community correction for empirical research has certain representativeness,selected for the study area here as Yi community correction,as well as Yi development status of community correction,and can reflect the influence of Yi traditional culture on community correction.This paper is based on the background of community correction in China,starting from the minority areas of community correction development,E in Sichuan Yi Autonomous County as an example,in-depth study of characteristics,the Yi nationality area of community correction of Yi traditional law culture and community correction fit and Yi traditional culture on the implementation of the system of community correction effect etc..From family branch culture,customary law and justic culture of the three aspects of the specific national culture on the positive impact of community correction and the negative effect of Yi traditional method,in order to explain the Yi traditional culture has an important impact on the implementation of community correction,and combined with the Yi area communitysituation,from the importance of local cultural resources,let justice social worker into the Yi area of community correctionand strengthen community correction team construction and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in three aspects,to explore effective path in Yi areas of community correction,promote the smooth progress of community correction in ethnic minority areas.
