At the same time, the adjustment of national criminal law and policy influence, three types of criminals and other common ideological fluctuations,positive transformation significantly decreased, short term criminals do not comply with the rules and discipline of the prison, increases in a variety of ways to resist reform,management of criminal education of criminals criminals is greatly enhanced.At present China's prison to carry out case management problems, this paper on the basis of practice,attempts to clarify the concept of case management, and find out the internal relationship between the classification of the case and case management, explore the classification treatment system into the case management system an important role in promoting, and hope to establish a set of management case fusion classification treatment mode of operation, the model will attempt to solve the problems mentioned above at the same time, to the actual case management provides a workable and useful operation path of the mode of reproduction.This article is divided into five parts.
