Community Identity Study On Residents Of Resettled Community Of Housing Demolition And Relocation

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's political,economic,cultural and other fields,the development levels of urbanization of our country get rapid promotion,to 2012,China's urbanization rate has exceeded 50%,urban area is expanding.A large number of farmers in the urban planning and development of land acquisition,the government led the resettlement of landless peasants to re focus on the formation of a new community.This community is neither urban community nor traditional rural community,belonging to a transitional community,also known as resettlement community.Although on the surface resettled community of housing demolition and relocation is a kind of progress because it catches up with the urbanization development of high-speed train,the management of public service,community environment is more efficient and convenient,but there are all sorts of problems.The rural residents of the community moved to new different society from traditional village community which is mainly composed of familiar people,the mode of their living,living space have a huge change,people's memory from a the traditional rural society have broke off,the new value idea based on urban community life style has not been formed,which makes the resettlement community residents feel very incomfortable in psychology and behavior,anxiety,no sense of belonging.They continue keep their local living habits in their behavior,refused to accept the values of urban civilization,which bring many problems to themselves in their daily life in new community,make them not well adapt to the new life.Based on the typical C community as the research object,through quantitative and qualitative research,confirmed that the community identity is very low,and community environment,community service,neighborhood,dwelling time,community participation and community identity has strong positive correlation,in addition to professional types in the multiple regression analysis,other impacts from demographic characteristics is not significant.Through research analysis found that C community in the construction of the community also has a lot of problems,such as community infrastructure,environment,service is poorer,management disorderly,the low degree of community participation,exchanges level between residents is not deep,autonomous consciousness is not strong and so on.Aimed at residents from C community reflects the community identity condition of new community and related influence factors,the author discussed how to improve residents' identification of the new community in this paper.This paper argues that community managers pay more attention to the psychological needs of the residents,government management departments,Community service units at the grass-roots level and community residents should coordinate with each other,promote the building of community service and community autonomy,make full use of community social capital to integrate the community members,foster community identity in common,to build up the community as a true living community.
