With the gradual recovery and development of the Japanese economy, Japanese industrial structure, occupation structure and class structure also have been a huge change since World War II.Mainly including the followings: First, the bourgeoisie has been still maintained an absolutly dominant position in the political field and in the economic field;Second, the composition of the working class has been increasingly layered and the working class will be showing a relatively poor trend;Third, nearly 90% of Japanese people have been the middle of the class with their sense of being belonging to the"middle".The number of the middle class will be continuing to grow;Fourth, other classes of society including farmers, young people, women, the elderly and foreign workers have been increasingly marginalized, etc. These new changes have been undoubtedly bringing some not small difficulties to Japanese Communist Party in the political field. As some of the original theories of Japanese Communist Party have been unable to adapt to the new changes of the domestic situation of Japan and Japanese Communist Party did not timely find a series of the alternative theories, which leads to not only the class basis but also the social basis of Japanese Communist Party are gradually shrinking, and the performance of Japanese Communist Party is very unsatisfactory. To be adapt to the situation,Japanese Communist Party has to make a series of new adjustments at the theoretical and practical level to replace those old theories and practices in a timely and flexible manner. In the case, the Japanese Communist Party has made a series of adjustments in the party's construction, such as the gradual shift of the party's nature from the "working class party"to the "mass party" ,emphasizing "to advocate democracy"a lot on the party's orgamizational principles, emphasizing "democratic reform within the framework of capitalism" on the party's struggle strategy, pursuing "no state philosophy" in the ideology of the party, and further strengthening the party's ranks in the party organization construction and so on.The timely introduction of these new policies has indeed won the support of more voters in the Japanese presidential election in recent years. As the reform of Japanese Communist Party in practice is often too hasty ,it can not be overlooked that there are some problems in the course of the reform of Japanese Communist Party.Especially in the process of adjustment,Japanese Communist Party would been hidding the risk of change from the traditional Communist Party to the color of the Democratic Party .This article mainly uses the class as the analysis angle.Through the combination of theory and practice, the historical research methods, the literature research methods and the qualitative analysis methods,we have comprehensively described the new changes of the Japanese class structure since World War II.To clarify further the relationship between the new changes of Japanese class structure and the adjustment of the theory and policy of Japanese Communist Party,it is concluded that the shift from "working class party" to the "mass party" is a bold attempt to conform to the trend of the times.
