Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside In Jilin Province

General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward that our next goal of construction is to become a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized and harmonious socialist modern power.As a powerful socialist modernization country,China needs to pay attention to the protection of ecological environment and the construction of ecological civilization.If China wants beauty,the countryside must be beautiful.The construction of beautiful countryside in Jilin Province is the way to carry out the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and realize the construction of ecological civilization.This paper is divided into four chapters,as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.There are many achievements in the research of beautiful rural construction from the perspective of management and agronomy,but few from the perspective of Marxist theory.Based on the existing theoretical achievements and combined with the investigation practice,this paper makes theoretical innovation,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.The second chapter is the summary of the research on the construction of beautiful countryside in Jilin Province.Through combing the literature,we can conclude that the construction of beautiful countryside is a whole concept combining production,life and ecology.As the theoretical basis of the research on the construction of beautiful countryside,the thought of ecological civilization is developed and perfected step by step from the thought of ecological civilization of Marx and Engels to the thought of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China.As an important part of the old industrial base in Northeast China,Jilin province puts forward a system of construction requirements from five aspects: scientific planning,ecological priority,rich life,rural civilization and sustainable development for the realization of rural development and the protection of rural ecological environment.The construction of beautiful villages has an urgent opportunity to promote the high-quality development of Jilin Province The necessity of.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the construction of beautiful countryside in Jilin Province.In theory and practice,according to the questionnaire and field survey of the construction of beautiful villages in Changchun,Jilin,Siping and other regions in Jilin Province,at present,the construction of beautiful villages in Jilin Province has achieved initial results in the aspects of macro planning,village appearance and living environment.However,the survey data shows that there are still some problems in the planning,construction subject,economic development mode and rural cultural construction of the beautiful rural construction in Jilin Province.This paper holds that the core problem is that the villagers as the main body of the construction do not fully play the role of the main body,which is directly related to the lack of policy propaganda in the process of the construction of the beautiful rural.In addition,problems such as homogeneity of planning,singleness of economic development mode and absence of rural cultural construction caused by inadequate ideological understanding,insufficient financial support and weak awareness of rural cultural construction are particularly prominent.The fourth chapter is about the Countermeasures of the construction of beautiful countryside in Jilin Province.According to the basic requirements of the construction of beautiful villages in Jilin Province,aiming at the unsolved problems in the construction of beautiful villages in Jilin Province at present,according to the actual situation,this paper provides solutions for Jilin Province from four angles,so as to realize the scientific planning of the construction of beautiful villages in Jilin Province,improve the participation consciousness of the villagers as the main body of the construction,realize the innovative agricultural development by widening the financing channels,pay attention to the humanities and Harmoniously promote the construction of rural culture,and finally achieve the sustainability of the construction and development of beautiful rural areas in Jilin Province.
