Research On Improving The Ability Of Administrative Supervision Information Sharing Under The Background Of Big Data

As set out in the document on Outline of Massive Data promotion and development printed on August 31 th,2015,compared with traditional technology,Massive Data technology is more beneficial to promoting to share government data and integrate social data with resource,which can greatly lift capacity of government data analysis and provide a new method to handle complex social problems.This shows that rapid development of information and data technology has bought a big challenge to government administration.As an important part of that,administrative supervision has been affected in response.Government administration tends to analyze social problem from the angel of Massive data and use this method to obtain and process data.As an important part of government information sharing,ability of sharing administrative supervision information is supposed to be advanced.Therefore,under the background of Massive data,it is of great significance to innovate government administration concept,system and mode,analyze possible barriers to lift sharing capacity of administrative supervision information,and put forward relevant specific countermeasures,which is in response to trend of theory and practice.Administration supervision has always been the important guaranty of Anti-corruption construction,which is beneficial to positive operation of government power.Ability of administration supervision information management is an important part of ability of administration supervision.Thus comprehending of system,concepts and technology barriers in the process of administration supervision information sharing and specific countermeasures of promoting administration supervision ability by analysis of present situation in construction of administration supervision information sharing in our country,it can not only fully scoop out the value of administration supervision information but also increase efficiency on administration supervision and advance the building of clean government.Firstly,this paper expounds the background of the selected topic from three aspects: time,theory and practice.After a brief introduction of the significance of the topic,the domestic and foreign research on this topic is summarized.Secondly,in the government information resources,information sharing,information sharing,the concept of administrative supervision on the basis,combined with the theory,analysis of the current administrative supervision and information sharing problems from technology,system,mechanism,talent,ideas and motivations,and summed up the administrative subject to administrative supervision,information vested interest the sharing of legal environment and lack of administrative supervision lack of investment in information sharing is the main reason for these problems.Finally,according to the problems,the author puts forward three countermeasures to strengthen the consciousness of administrative supervision information sharing,to optimize the information sharing process of administrative supervision and to improve the administrative supervision information sharing platform.
