Study On The Governance Of Zhili Town Of Zhejiang Province:from The Perspective Of Urban Governance

Small cities constructions are important parts of urbanization.In recent years,the small cities constructions have achieved great success in China,but at the same time,the problems small cities facing cannot be ignored.From the perspective of governance,the paper explored the experiences and problems in the governance of Zhili,and related suggestions wermade to help its development.Making use of literature review,empirical study and comparison research,the paper investigated the successful practices of Zhili in its governance,and the experiences could be learned by other small cities.However,Zhili is still suffering its governance problems,such as industry transformation and upgrading problems,challenges from children's garments industry park constructions,immigrant population management problems and defects in administrative systems,for historical and realistic reasons.To promote the governance of Zhili,the paper suggested several actions,covering the shared governance mechanism construction and specific measures to the governance problems,such as establishing the shared governance system,improving legal system building and promoting the participation of different entities.
