Discussion On The Participation Of Yueqing Rural Women’s Federations At The Grassroots Level In Social Management

There is a close correlation between rural grassroots women’s federations and social management.On the one hand,the rural grassroots women’s organizations is the main force of the rural grassroots social management;on the other hand,only the development and improvement of rural grassroots social management can truly protect the rights of rural grassroots women’s organizations.Rural women’s labor force,which accounts for more than half of the rural labor force,takes an important role in promoting agricultural and rural development no matter in which development period.Therefore,it is necessary for the realization of the well-off society to improve the overall quality of rural women and mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity to participate in social management.Rural grassroots women’s federations organize and promote the majority of rural women to participate effectively in social management,and jointly promote the accelerated development of society.This paper is based on the current development of the women’s Federation work in the new situation,learning and drawing lessons from participation of women’s federations in social management at home and abroad,analyzing the effectiveness and problems of the rural grassroots women’s federations in Yueqing to participate in social management,so as to explore the effective mode of participating in social management.The article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which first introduces the background of the study to illustrate the significance of the research on rural grassroots women’s federations participating in social management.The second chapter defines the concept of rural social management,women’s federations,and analyzes the theoretical basis of effective participation of rural women’s grassroots federations in social management.The third chapter analyzes the experience of women’s federations at home and abroad participating in social management.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter analyze the present situation and achievements of Yueqing women’s Federation participating in social management,and analyze the constraints of the problem.The sixth chapter analyzes suggestions on the effective participation of rural grassroots women’s federations in social management.
