Content:In recent years,with the development of voluntary service activities in China widely carried out,more and more people realize the importance of the volunteer seervice work in the construction of civil society and harmonious society,so they joined various volunteer service activities,which promote the progress of human civilization and harmony and stability of society.Under the modern situation,with the popularity of the Internet technology,the youth as the main body of the network volunteer service,how to effectively carry out the nerwork volunteer service,has become an important research topic for us.All along,youth's voluntary service is an important brand of serving the overall situation and serving the youth in Ruian.With the youth's volunteer work in Ruian has vigorous development after years of operation and development,the number and the scale of voluntary service activities are greatly improved.Meanwhile,as the Internet contributes into peoples' daily life,in order to seek a breakthrough the focus and the work style of the youth's voluntary service in Ruian turn to the Internet that has achieved certain result.However,with the deep development of youth's network voluntary service,there are a series of problems,such as the network volunteers are not enough proffessional,the identification is difficult,the network access mechanism,incentive and security mechanism are not perfect,voluntary service become formalisticand so on,which become the bottleneck of the development of youth's voluntary service.The article is intended to explore the above problems from the development of youth's network voluntary service in Ruian.The paper consists of six parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance,the main research methods and previous research;the second part mainly discusses the definition of the relevant concepts and theoretical elaboration;the third part mainly explores the basic situation of youth's network voluntary service in Ruian;the fourth part mainly discusses the main factors to restrict the youth's voluntary service in Ruian;the fifth part introduces the successful practices of the domestic and foreign youth's voluntary service;the last part explores the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the youth's network voluntary service.
