Research On Health Management Service Design For Nursing Home

The number of elderly people in our country is increasing,and the degree of aging has been deepened,leading to the provision for the aged has become a hot topic of social concern.And nursing home as an important supplement to the family supporting,has become more and more popular choice for the elderly.Older people living in nursing home to some extent have trouble with their body,and most of the elderly are suffering from chronic diseases.Therefore,the topic from the point of service design,analyses the current situation of health management with the theory and methods of service design,Summarizing the existing problems of health management services,and provides specific design strategies to optimize the health management service process,meeting the needs of the elderly multi-level health care needs.First of all,in the initial research process,the topic analyses the features of the elderly,doctors,nurses and caregivers,knowing the objective factors that restrict the health management service system of nursing home.The health management process of personal health information management,health monitoring and assessment,health intervention point of contact analysis,to understand the status of health management.Through the comparison of three nursing homes in health monitoring,health assessment and health intervention,concluding the obvious problems,And put forward three design directions including the health management service kinds,health information flow and health management platform.Secondly,to design interview questions for the follow-up research,and make deep interviews with elderly,doctors,nurses,caregivers and elderly children,combined with the user journey,user experience map and other methods to extract existing troubles of nursing homes in health management services.And then use creative research methods to refine the opportunity points,and sum up the specific needs and opportunities in health management services system.Next,using card classification method to summarize the specific needs of the points,summed up the existing four major problems in health management service system,there are: 1.Single type of service.2.Low application of intelligence and information.3.The delay of information transmission.4.Poor in information integrity and continuity.In view of the above problems,proposed 1.Reshaping service form,increase the diversity of services.2.To achieve a dual parallel monitoring mechanism.3.Building health management information system design strategies to meet the elderly multi-level health care needs to ensure that health management services to provide timely,as well as the realization of health information centralized management and information sharing.Finally,the author provides health management service design strategies that allow the elderly,doctors,nurses and caregivers can benefit from it.Through the reshaping of service forms,to meet the elderly multi-level health care needs;parallel monitoring mechanism,not only can improve participation of self-health management for the elderly,and can reduce the burden on doctors,nurse,caregivers,to ensure that the service provided timely;health management system can ensure the long-term information,the information continuity and information sharing,the use of automated assessment procedures to achieve the health riskswarning of the elderly.The design strategy of health management service system for nursing home has some revelations and reference for the researchers in health management service system of the elderly and can promote more researchers to further study and improve the health service system of the nursing home and provide the elderly with more diverse,more comprehensive health management services.
