The Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Home-based Care Services In Rural Area

The aging population is presented as a human social structure under the concept of a part of the form that is covered in every country in its conventional social operation.Our country focuses on the special environment of the early and the population in a period of time when there has been a massive expansion of the number of people,which makes China's aging population not carried out according to the universal slow arrival mode.This will be the beginning of a sudden and large population.The aging problem in this case will be difficult to find from past experience of the pressure and the challenge for our country.The level of economic and social development in the region and the differences between urban and rural areas within the region of the hilly undulating elevation gap has made the population aging a perplexing situation.The operation that is not in China's urban and rural system is maintained in a same orbit,but the following two have completely different paths.Although economic development makes the city proportional of a keep-up gesture and continuous change of urban and rural social structure and social mobility,the problem of aging in urban and rural areas is still the same.The social structure of modern economic and social development has been the center of impact for family,so the endowment from family has been unable to meet the requirements of modern society.The country specific institutions or social organizations use the pension method because of restrictions on the conditions.However,this is not a universal exploration of the implementation of the homecare method,which constitutes a part of the rural area of our country to solve the problem of pension method.Based on the research on the choice of regional positioning in Henan Province of Xixia city,we use the method of questionnaires on affiliation with the region to bring to life for Jiazi people using the data collection.The data is a specific choice,mainly using some pre issue such as the source of funds and service personnel with quality and infrastructure to realize the information of the actual situation concerning the reflection.The structure of this system consists of five parts,the first part is the introduction involves the research status,innovation and so on.The second part is the related concepts and theories,including the concept of home care,community care theory.The third part is about the Xixia county rural old-age service status.The fourth part is insufficient in that the problems of rural old-age home service in Xixia County has the shortage of funds,such having lower quality.The last part is about the above problems,which have put forth some suggestions,such as strengthening cooperation,improving infrastructure and talent.
