Research On Synergy Governance Of Township Streets Environment

At present,the scale of urbanization in China expands rapidly and the quality of urbanization is improved rapidly,and the demands of peasants for living environment are increasing.Township streets are the most important public places of peasants,which are closely related to the daily life of peasants.Good Township Street environment is not only conducive to the sustainable development of new towns,but also helps to improve the living environment of peasants and improve the quality of life.But at present,China's Township street pollution problem is becoming more and more serious,has seriously hindered the healthy and orderly development of the Township society,has become the current township society urgently to solve the problem.Therefore,exploring the effective ways of environmental governance in township Streets has great practical significance.This paper takes the urban street environment collaborative governance in Hunan Province as an example,First of all,I have conducted on-site investigation,questionnaire and in-depth interviews on the environmental governance of the streets in Luhongshi town in Hunan province.In order to further understand the governance situation,I designed a questionnaire on the situation of synergy governance of street environment in Luhongshi town,focusing on the research of the members of the governance group.The questionnaire was designed in five dimensions:material security,government support,resident participation,social organization development and material security.Secondly,I have analyzed and summed up the problems in the synergy governance of Street environment in Luhongshi town from three aspects:the main body,the governance process and the governance effect.Thirdly,after thorough investigation and systematic analysis,I analyzed that the problem of synergy governance of street environment in Luhongshi town is due to the failure of the main structure of governance,the lag of governance mode and the imperfect governance mechanism.Finally,according to the theory of synergy governance,I propose four improvement methods for optimizing the main structure,perfecting the governance model,innovating management methods and various measures.
