Research On The Multivariate Cooperation Governance Of The Food Security In China

The research on the Governance of Food Security was paid attention gradually byacademia after the U. N. Food and Agriculture Organization put forward the problem of theFood Security in1974. On present, many scholars consider that the main problem is the lackof the government supervision so that the efficient strategy is the reinforcement of supervision.And many of the perspectives come from the food supply chain, the Food Security legislation,the food information etc. In fact, this strategy got little effect. This thesis will do someresearch for the Multivariate Subject and the cooperation of them to get the method of thegovernance on Food Security. First of all, overviews the governance of the Food-Security andthe theory of the cooperate governance through the conclusion and accumulation of literatures.Second, under the thought of the multivariate cooperation governance theory, get the reasonof the cooperate failure among those subjects through investigation and experiences andaccording to the analysis of the traits of the multivariate subject. Then point out the importantmeaning of the multivariate cooperation governance. And construct mechanism ofmultivariate cooperation governance, platform to guarantee the cooperation of themultivariate subject. Put forward the change of thoughts of official and make up the lackingaccording to the multivariate subject for the possibility of the cooperation and proposition ofthe method.
