Study On Optimization Of Operation Mechanism Of Inspection In Henan Province

From the request of ‘the party to supervise the party,run the party strictly',the patrol system is a major Institutional innovation and a strategic institutional arrangement to strengthen the inner-party supervision,strengthen the party discipline,strengthen the party's ability to govern and advanced construction,deepen the party's ruling basis.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the patrol work has kept pace with the times,and the strength,intensity,effect have been greatly improved.The role of "deterrence,containment and cure" has continued to play an important platform for the building of the Party's work style and the struggle against corruption.At the same time,the provinces' patrol work has achieved remarkable results thanks to the central and local party committee.This paper takes the inspection work of Henan Province as an example to analyze the current situation of its operation mechanism.From the three key aspects that the leading mechanism,the implementation mechanism and the aftermath mechanism,to expounds the concrete practice and successful experience of Henan Province.Also,the paper pointed out the operation of Henan's inspection mechanism exists some problems,and analyze the causes,which are the problems of personality or common problems of all provinces.These are the keys to restricting the development of the current patrol system.Finally,the article draws lessons from the successful experiences and practices of symbiosis,pluralism,differential order and institutionalized governance in the theory of governance,combined with the actual situation of Henan Province,in order to exploring the specific strategies and approaches to optimize the operation mechanism of patrol work in Henan Province from the aspects of perfect working mechanism,promote theoretical innovation,multiple ways to inspect rectification results,constructing democratic supervision mechanism,and improve the team building.
