As a burgeoning form of employment,labor dispatch brings earth-shaking impact and challenges to employment protection institutions which were fonnulated based on traditional employment ways that becoming the origin of a Gordian knot each government has to face.Although politics and regulations related to labor dispatch reform and adjust continually dating back to the day labor dispatch was born,numerous problems still exist on actuality as well as on theoretical bases.This thesis aims to systematically discuss the "Equal Pay for Equal Work" institution of labor dispatch from the prospect of theoretical and practical influences which owns its specialty among existing researches.This thesis selects the operative effect of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" for dispatched workers in Institutional Organization as its subject.Specifically,it does the research on the operative effect of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" institution which is unrepresentative from the prospect of protecting the rights of employees who are dispatched and it has significance to some degree in terms of improving the operative effect of "the Equal Pay for Equal Work" for dispatched workers in Institutional Organization and standardizes labor market of our country.Seeing from its structure,this thesis gradually lucubrates from basic theories and analysis of the operative effect of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" institution to proposals.Maintaining the central idea of the operative effect of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" in Institutional Organization,it starts from basic theories which aim to introduce the concepts of Institutional Organization,labor dispatch and "Equal Pay for Equal Work",institution and the operative effect of "Equal Pay for Equal Work".During the process of researching the operative effect of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" in Institutional Organization,questionnaire survey was made among employees form 6 institutions of Beijing,Shandong,Shanghai where located in the east part of China and Shaanxi,Sichuan,inner Mongolia where belongs to the west part of China.Then it analyzes the effect factors of the operative effect of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" in Institutional Organization by AHP and FSEM.Based on all that mentioned above,this thesis tries to provide relevant suggestions.
