Research On Quality Management System Of The Leather Processing Workshop In SZS Prison Enterprise

As a special form of state-owned enterprises,the prison enterprises have made important contributions for China's national economy in the planned economy period.With the development of market economy,the prison enterprises have also entered the transition period.Comprehensive reform of prison system makes separation of enterprise from prison,which has brought new opportunities and challenges for the prison enterprises.To the prison enterprises whose main business is labor processing,quality management and production safety are always basic requirement of enterprise development.SZS prison is one of the largest prisons in the west of China.The enterprise's main business is processing of materials supplied by the enterprises outside prison.The leather processing workshop is the largest one among the workshops in SZS prison,which have many prisoners and dominated by manual processing.It has strong representative.The workshop improves prisoners' service income through raising qualification rate of product quality,which is conducive to the long-term stability of prison management and transformation of prisoners.At present,the leather processing workshop exist many problems in the quality management.The paper regards it as the research object,through the investigation on the workshop quality management,to analyze problems and causes in the quality management.On the one hand,it can provide data foundation and basis of decision;on the other hand,it will pinpoint elements of the quality management system in the workshop on this basis;further,guided by the theory of quality management,with the PDCA method,to build workshop quality management system,to comprehensively and systematically solve the problems in the quality management.The purpose of this paper is to provide methods and path for the prison enterprise workshop on improving the level of quality management,in order to promote the scientific and healthy,stable and high-efficiency,sustainable development of prison enterprise to a certain extent.
