Township government is the smallest unit of our administrative organs,is to protect the rights of grassroots people the most basic administrative organization.The township civil servants is the township government to manage the good operation of the military gear,is to provide rural areas to the direct reality of public service entities.The service ability,service attitude and service level reflected in the process of providing public service affect the improvement of service ability of grassroots government and the development of rural socialist modernization.At present,with the rapid development of our society and economy,the quality of life of the people has been generally improved.At the same time,the people of the public service level also put forward higher requirements.As the township government's daily administrative affairs more and involves a number of areas,coupled with the lack of public service spirit of township civil servants,making the civil service awareness of the township is relatively weak,people's thinking to be improved,utilitarian thinking is relatively serious,lack of fairness in dealing with matters such as The problem is more prominent.This happens to be a reasonable way to build a service-oriented township government should pay attention to the one hand.Therefore,in the context of building a grassroots service-oriented government,it is particularly important to call for the public service spirit of the civil servants in the daily administrative work and cultivate the spirit of serving the people,paying attention to the people and communicating the public.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,this paper uses materialist dialectics and literature research to study the public service spirit of township civil servants.The first part analyzes the theory of public service spirit and lay the foundation for the systematic study of the spirit of service of township government staff.The second part,on the basis of theoretical elaboration,summarizes the viewpoints of relevant scholars and links with the subject of this paper,so as to summarize the concept and connotation of township civil servants and public service spirit.And discusses the necessity of cultivating the spirit of public service in the new period.In the third part,on the basis of affirming the good example of the township cadres in our country,the author analyzes the basic reasons behind the phenomenon of the lack of service spirit of some rural civil servants.The fourth part,from the ethics,political scienceand other disciplines,in the construction of a harmonious development of new rural background,put forward the cultivation of township civil servants public service spirit measures.Mainly from the public assessment index system construction,take root grassroots public servant consciousness,public administration incentive mechanism,public administration personality education,administrative supervision accountability system,township administrative culture construction and other six aspects to focus on analysis.
