Common but differentiated responsibility principle is to point to the production activities of all kinds of factors caused by the all the countries the environmental degradation countries around the world should according to.All of them should take together their common but differentiated responsibilities under their different respective historical development differences.It is the embodiment international environment from the original file,which eventually developed into one of the basic principles in the field of international environmental law,plays an important role in the international environmental protection and balancing the interests around the world.From early 1970 s,the international community that has begun to focus on issues related to global warming and climate change.Within which the principles of common but differentiated responsibility play as an important role in part of the international legislation.Common but differentiated responsibility principle not only wins more time and space for developing countries in the international cooperation on the climate change to a certain extent,but also helps the developed countries to implement low cost,energy saving and emission reduction to promote more countries as much as possible to participate in international cooperation on climate change.And these days,the expression and application of the principles in Paris agreement has made major changes taken place in the way.This article is divided into four parts.The first part introduce the basic connotation,the historical development process,as well as the principle signed in emissions reduction obligations before the Paris agreement of Common but differentiated responsibility principle in that distribution,climate funds,technical assistance three aspects.The second part put the main entry point on the international cooperation on climate change in the application of the principle of "common but differentiated responsibilities" in Paris agreement,not only analyze the rationality of this principle in international law,put also pointed out that the principles lay a foundation for further study.The third part based on climate change in the international cooperation from sustainable development,climate justice,and ecological civilization three aspects.Finally,the article analyses the influence and enlightenment in our country,points out that the application of Common but differentiated responsibility principle.In order to better safeguard the rights and responsibilities in the international cooperation on climate change,China should continue to follow up the further study...
