Ethnic Minority Areas Urban Community Management Research

At present,China is entering a new stage of social development with the urban population as the main body,and the rapid development of urban population makes the significance of urban management increasingly prominent.At present,the proportion of urbanization in China has exceeded fifty percent,which means that China has entered a new period of urbanization.As a result of city urbanization,shows strong vitality,but the lag of city management,has been unable to adapt to the current requirements of the development of the city,which affects the development level of urbanization of a region,especially in the minority inhabited areas of the city,compared with the non city minority areas are more complicated and special,because of its unique topography,landform,climate,culture,history,special buildings,street patterns,ethnic customs and other factors,the problem is a huge challenge for the process of regional economic development in the city,city management in minority areas is a major test of city management in minority areas at the present stage in the face of the.Therefore,understand the period of social transition in ethnic minority areas of the city management problems,explore effective measures to promote the efficient solution of the problem,not only has a positive theoretical significance,but also plays a very urgent practical needs.In this paper,Jishou City,Hunan Province,Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as a case of minority area of city management,combined with the background of the current application,ethnology,sociology and management theories,in order to find out the suitable mode and method of Jishou city management,and constantly improve the system of minority areas and actively explore the city management system.The ideas and Countermeasures to solve these problems,while providing support for regional economic development of Wuling mountain area,and then to the national minority area Chinese city management work,the further optimization of non ethnic minorities as the main city in minority concentrated residential area daily management has positive significance.
