| According to recent data from National Bureau of Statistics, until the end of 2015, in China the population of people who are more than 60 years old has reached 222 million, which is 16.1% percent of the whole population. The government has proposed in the 13 th Five-year Plan, that we should built multiple service systems of endowment, which are based on home-living, relying on communities and supplied by all kinds of institutions. Public welfare faculties for the elders should be built, while construction of daytime care centers and nursing home for those disabled elderly should be supported, in order to develop the construction of suitable environment for the elderly. Therefore, Facilities for home Service in the future pension Population Ageing among the hot topics, has important practical meaning and significance.At first, this paper has conducted surveys on the Center of Home-living Endowment and 17 demonstration stations of 9 street running in Lianhu District, Xi’an. These surveys mainly include the basic situations of communities, positions and environment of those faculties, coverage area of each faculty, groups of those users, functions of those faculties, and problems that exist.Secondly, through questionnaire and conversations with those elderly living in those communities, this paper has found the information about basic situation of using, assessment and requirement for these faculties. Then the actual requirements for these faculties and problems that exist in the process of using have been concluded.At last, through the analysis of problems existing in faculties for home-living endowment in the communities of Lianhu District, this paper has focus the research on the three following aspects. First, hierarchical relationships of faculties for home-living endowment has been built among Lianhu District level, community levels and living group levels. Second, studies about configuration mode of these faculties have been conducted on different areas such as daytime caring, health care, cultural education, casual entertainment, gardening and so on. Last, specific planning strategies have been designed for mixed communities, administration communities, commercial communities and communities coming from villages, on the aspects of spatial distribution, quantities and scope of faculties, forms of architecture, sites of faculties, coverage area and configuration of faculties. Meanwhile, this paper has proposed several advice about management mode of faculties for home-living endowment in communities.Through the research above, this paper has analyzed those existing problems in faculties for home-living endowment of Lianhu District in Xi’an, proposed practical policies for future configuration system of these faculties, and with sincere hope, underlie the upcoming configuration of faculties for home-living endowment in Xi’an. At the same time, this paper tries to provide reference for construction of these faculties in the future. |
