Research On The Public Crisis Management In The Context Of Media Convergence

Public crisis is a common topic in the world,and today,with the deepening of reform and transformation,the Chinese society has come to be ready to deal with the various types of public crisis in the historical stage.While the media convergence is a hot topic in recent years China leaders advocate,and the historical trend of the media industry in common.Both of them are the hot spots nowadays,and they are closely related in many aspects such as theory,policy and practice.The public crisis management in the context of media convergence is a new topic in line with the current reality and future trends.In this paper,the media fusion of government public crisis management under the background of the theme,aims to study the current and future period of time,the local government how to effectively use the media fusion,timely and effective implementation of the decision-making in the public crisis management,crisis control,defense crisis and eliminate the influence.The framework of this paper is: for the background,China's public crisis frequently,and the central policy document formally opened the prelude to the development of media convergence In recent years.By means of literature review,special interview,case analysis,comparative analysis and other means,to improve how the policy and process of government information disclosure under the background of media convergence,to research on the combination effect of the traditional media's media matrix information communication,to analysis,research and summary that how to establish efficient communication channels between the government and the media,and how to establish an interactive way of information production and information dissemination.This paper introduces the theoretical research results of China and foreign countries,combined with 4 typical cases of public crisis in recent years,further analysis of the necessity of understanding,mastering and using media,as well as the challenges faced by the public crisis management in the media convergence.By looking for the general rules,this paper strengthen the positive interaction between the government and the media in crisis management under this new situation,advocate the government to adapt to the new situation,and coperate with the background of the media to do a good job of public crisis management.
