With the economic development and social changes of China,various conflicts and contradictions are emerging,which may cause public crises if local governments don't deal with them properly.The development of electronic science and technology,WeChat,Weibo,and online forums have changed the traditional way of information dissemination.The wide application of media has accelerated the arrival of we-media era.Since the emergence of the we-media,on the one hand,we have all become “media people”,and we can easily become the publishers and disseminators of news;but on the other hand,the emergence of the we-media has tested the local governments' public crisis management capabilities and made them re-examine their functions and positioning,forcing local governments to change traditional public crisis management mechanisms.In view of this,under the environment of "we-media",how local governments at all levels manage local public crisis quickly and efficiently has become a difficult problem for local governments.Based on the background of we-media environment,combining with local government in China in recent years the typical cases of public crisis management,since the oriented we-media network public opinion in the local government public crisis management present situation and existing problems of the discussion,the research results of scholars at home and abroad for reference,at the same time,in the we-media public opinion transmission characteristics,governance and public crisis management as the research angle of view,the last for the we-media environment of the local government public crisis management optimization strategy is proposed.Specific to the agenda-setting theory,life cycle theory and good governance theory as the theoretical basis of this topic,according to the theoretical research,sum up,empirical analysis-countermeasures to optimize research train of thought,by adopting the combination of theory study and specific case analysis model,for the we-media environment the reason of local government public crisis management,the present situation and the problems in comprehensive exploration.Through the innovation thinking and finally put forward since the we-media environment of the local government public crisis management six countermeasures of optimization: one is to improve the ability to cope with public crisis management,the second is to strengthen the supervision of the we-media,the third is to strengthen the e-government construction and development platform,four is the role of traditional media and five is perfect news release mechanism,six is other social main body effect into full play.It is hoped that this can help local governments in public crisis management under the current we-media environment.
