A Study Between The Development Of The Communist Information Bureau And The Construction Of The New Socialism State Relations

Since the establishment of the Communist International,as the international communist movement leader,the attitude of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union to the Communist International and later the Communist Information Bureau is constantly changing,this change reflects the Communist leaders considered deeply in foreign policy,and from the Communist Party and the Soviet government decided to build interest the functions of the Communist Information Bureau expanded,reorganized until the final and complete dissolution.Analysis of history of the Communist Information Bureau and the national inter party relations from the angle of the relation can be many profound lessons.Including essential independence,equality,autonomy and patriotism as the premise of internationalism,nationalism,opposition against reactionary nationalism,all countries can not insist unified mode,and so on the same principle,these require the construction of a new socialist type of inter party relations and state relations.Based on these,we should form the old inter party relations between socialist countries and countries to undertake summing up,the new inter party relations and state relations analysis of prospect.And on this basis,to return to China,starting from China's socialist reality,proposed to build the characteristics of the ruling party diplomacy,the development of multilateral diplomacy to improve the history of state relations,multi-channel development of peripheral diplomacy and global diplomacy,proposed the construction of a new socialist state relations and countermeasures.
