agriculture,Farmers' cooperatives as the main management body of rural economic development,to develop agriculture,not only lead to the development of the rural economy,and even make governance and function in sociology,and governance theory of public management.The essay roundly researched the rural social governance situation in Yulin City,as well as the basic model of farmers'
