Research On The Structure And Function Of Folk Religious Organizations And Their Governance

Under the background of the party and the state deepening the reform of religious work,it also put forward new requirements for the study of religious studies in the new era,and constantly innovated in the field of religious research.This thesis attempts to study from a grand narrative perspective different from previous religious studies,constructing a religious picture with micronarrology as the core,and constructing a Foucault-style micro-history outside the grand religious history.This paper takes the field investigation case as the main analytical material,and takes into account the existing research literature as an auxiliary material,thus forming a more comprehensive religious research object.From the historical context of the “Jiang Jing Quan Shan” group,the key factors of religion in society are extracted,and a complete background is described based on the relationship between the development process within the group and the internal management of the organization.Figure.The chapters of this paper discuss the impact of structural functions on organizational development from the perspective of organizational structure,economic structure and social relationship structure,and explore the path of religious governance through this influence.After the integration on this basis,the social relationship analysis is taken as the starting point,and the “person” and “thing” are constructed into a whole network of relationships.The realization of the goal of religious governance requires a clear grasp of the relationship network,and this needs to form a corner with the autonomous organization,and the governance subject is embedded in the social relationship network through the assistance of the autonomous organization.On the basis of the embedded governance model,the principles and scope of governance are further proposed,and the core topic of how to make religion a force for rural development is the ultimate goal.
