Study Of The Happiness Of Changzhi City Civil Service

Happiness is a subjective reflection of real life, both closely related to the objective conditions of people’s lives, but also reflects the needs and values of the people, subjective well-being is a kinds of positive psychological experience of the individual existence itself combined effect of these factors.The civil service is a special occupational groups, its particularity not only lies in has the power and public resources, but also in civil servants entrusted with many responsibilities conferred by the public, their happiness directly affects the effectiveness of the work of the government. In recent years, happiness has gradually become the focus of attention of all sectors of society, a topic of concern for many local governments, but not much happiness research on the civil service groups. This article through a questionnaire survey to understand the status quo of the well-being of the civil service groups in Changzhi City, to analyze the reasons behind the current situation, and understand the impact of the Civil happiness factors to provide the basis for the proposed countermeasures to improve the well-being of civil servants.This study consists of three parts:Part I:The study summarize and analyze the domestic and foreign present situation of subjective well-being, as well as related theory, research methods and subjective well-being trends by literature analysis, to lay the theoretical foundation for the study.Part II:Conducted a questionnaire survey for Changzhi City civil servants, and use SPSS software for data analysis, to understand Changzhi City civil service status of subjective well-being. First, the study design, to determine the object of study, procedures and methodological tools, by literature analysis and test to determine the formal questionnaire, and statistical analysis the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, to prove that the questionnaire is reliable. Data analysis concluded:on subjective well-being, women score higher than men, married civil servants than unmarried civil servants, civil servants of different ages happiness differences, the higher level of education, the higher happiness, the more income the higher the happiness.Part III:According to the results obtained by the investigation and analysis of the main factors to affect civil servants subjective well-being in Changzhi City, put forward the corresponding countermeasures to boost happiness.
